I'd like to think I am relatively fit, but I LUUUUURVE my sweet and savory foods. So, rather than getting all hung up on my daily nutrition, I just make sure I stay active. Eat all the fat you want and just walk 22 minutes a day? Sign me up! Actually, it is not that simple, but some good insight here about fat in our daily diet.
