Lobster Is The New Ketchup

Jenny and I have been trying out alternate dipping sauces for French fires the past couple years. Sauces like ketchup mixed with sriracha, chili, mayonnaise and sriracha, and all sorts of other combos. But the chefs at Disney World just did something I absolutely have to try. They’re serving French fries covered in lobster bisque cheese sauce. It sounds like delicious! I love lobster bisque, but haven’t ever made it before. It’s one of those rich, flavorful foods that takes detailed steps and time to make. Quite honestly, it’s a lot for something you’re going to put on fries. It’ll be easier to fly to Disneyworld in Florida.
