By News Sep 22, 2020 | 10:55 AM

On September 13th around 10pm, police were called to the 900 block of S 25th Street on a report of disturbance.  When officers arrived, they contacted a 26 year old female who had lacerations to her face.  The victim reported that she was visiting a friend and 35 year old Gabriel Wolfe arrived at the home.  Soon after, there was an argument and Wolfe grabbed a mason jar and hit the woman across the face.  the glass broke and the woman was cut a number of times.

The woman and witnesses say Wolfe then pulled out what was believed to be a folding knife and threatened to cut the victim.  They say that Wolfe swing the knife at her, cutting her arm and head.  The woman was taken to a hospital and treated for a number of cuts.   Police say that the woman and Wolfe have a child together but are no longer in a relationship.

On September 20th just before 10pm, police were following up on information that Wolfe was in a vehicle in the parking lot in the area of 18th and M Street.  When officers approached the vehicle, they found Wolfe hiding in the back seat.  Wolfe refused to get out.  Police negotiated with him for more than 15 minutes.    Wolfe eventually had to be physically removed from the vehicle by officers.  Wolfe resisted officers and a struggle ensued as he used his arms and legs to resist.  Eventually, Wolfe was taken into custody with out any injuries.

Wolfe was arrested for Domestic Assault, Terroristic Threats, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, and Resist Arrest, 2nd Subsequent Offense.
