COVID-19 Dashboard Remains In “Orange” High Risk Category

The Lincoln-Lancaster county Health Department announced that 22 lab confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in the county today.

The COVID-19 Dashboard remains in the lower “ORANGE”, or high risk category for the second week in a row.  So far this week, there have been 167 cases reported.  That is the second week in a row that positive new numbers have been significantly lower.  A majority of the new cases this week were in people between people between the ages of 20 to 29.

The overall positivity rate for Lancaster County remains at 6.8% with the state average at 9.5%.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, repeated shaking with chills, repeated muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.  If you have any of these symptoms you are urged to be tested.
