The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco is now making a loud humming noise on windy days! And you can hear it from miles away! I’ll post a link here at the bottom of this if you want to check it out, or you can just google or go to youtube.com to hear what I’m talking about.
Apparently there were some safety adjustments made recently to the bridge and that is what’s causing the issue. Some have described the sound as “a giant wheezing kazoo!” The Golden Gate Bridge sargent says the low humming sound is related to high winds blowing through the newly installed railing slats along the bike path on the bridge.
