We put him through "20 Questions":

1.  What's your nickname?  "Spot", or sometimes "Hey you!"

2.  Favorite vacation spot:  Toronto, Ontario.  There's a lot of great vegetarian food.  The city is very eco-friendly and I love the subway system.

3.  Have you ever eaten Twinkies or Ho Ho's for dinner? No, can't say that I have.  I have eaten an entire can of jelled cranberry sauce...on several occasions.

4.  The last book I read was..."Catch 22".  I have a problem finishing books, so I probably have 9 books half-read.

5.  Favorite grade school memory:  Kicking a homerun in kickball or maybe not being hit in dodgeball.  Why do my two best childhood memories involve either kicking something, or avoiding contact sports?

6.  Worst wardrobe malfunction you can share with us:  I was once paid to dress up as a magician and ride a unicycle in a parade.  The malfunction was in thinking I wouldn't look like a complete nerd.  I will probably never live that down.

7.  Skippy or Jif?  Creamy or Chunky?  Anyone here can tell you, I take this VERY seriously.  JIF CREAMY!  I'm never without a hefty supply of peanut butter.

8.  If I weren't in radio, I'd be...I honestly don't know, radio is just who I am.  If I could do whatever I dreamed of doing, I'd probably be James Taylor's personal assistant.  I went to college for music, so maybe I could have made a career in that.

9.  Favorite movie:  all the Muppet movies, Food Inc., Mystery Science Theatre 3000

10.  I am a HUGE fan of the Husker _________ team.  VOLLEYBALL!!!  If you get me talking about the team, good luck trying to get me to stop.

11.  Cartoon I liked the best when I was a kid:  There are so many.  "Underdog" was always a favorite.  I still watch cartoons.  Is that weird?

12.  Artist or band that I'd love to see that I haven't:  Eric Clapton, definitely!

13.  Right now I can't live without...My wife  (Don't I get brownie points for that answer?)

14.  Fantasy place to live:  Australia.  I would love to see kangaroos hopping through my yard.

15.   TV game show you want to be on:  Either the old version of "American Gladiators" or the new ABC show "I Survived A Japanese Game Show"

16.  In high school, were you a "jock" or a "nerd"?  I was a music and drama kid.  But I was the school mascot at football games!  The way I look at it, I got to hang out with cheerleaders and got tackled a lot!

17.  Favorite beverage:  Mountain Dew.  I have an unhealthy addiction.

18.  Favorite food:  A fresh ruby red grapefruit the size of my head!

19.  What's rocking on your iPod?  I don't own an mp3 player, but if I did, there would definitely be the soundtrack to Rocky II, III and IV for exercise, James Taylor to mellow, and some classical music to make me feel smart.

20.  Website you check on a daily basis:  The Capital Humane Society's website, CapitalHumaneSociety.org. One of my rabbits is a humane society rescue, and since getting him, I only want to adopt pets from the humane society.  Those animals are so wonderful and loving, it just breaks my heart to know they don't all have homes yet.  If you're planning on getting a pet, head down to the humane society.
