Charlie Being Charlie

TMZ reports that Charlie Sheen’s so mad at his Anger Management co-star Selma Blair that he’s refusing to come to the set. Sources say Blair recently complained about Charlie’s lateness and bad work ethic to show execs. Charlie apparently found out and felt she was out of line, considering he’s the star of the show. Now Charlie’s walking around telling everyone he fired her, and has told execs that if Selma shows up to the set, he won’t work.  Apparently Charlie already has another female co-star in mind. Sources say he has offered Ashton Kutcher’s girlfriend Mila Kunis a 10-episode arc on the show, and is willing to pay her $1 million an episode.  [Remember, Ashton replaced Charlie on Two and a Half Men.]

The Baby Arrives!

The second most anticipated baby of the year arrived over the weekend. (The Royal baby being the first.) Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West welcomed a baby girl at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Saturday. Rumors Kim had gone into labor began Friday, after Kanye cancelled an appearance at his own record release party.   Turns out those rumors were true; Kim had been feeling ill and started having contractions so she checked herself into the hospital and Kanye was by her side when she gave birth to their daughter five weeks early. So far the couple has not announced the name of the baby.

Brad Says Angie "Is Doing Great"

Brad Pitt told Good Morning America that his partner Angelina Jolie wants to do more for women who may have a genetic predisposition to cancer. Angelina revealed in a New York Times article last month that she’d undergone a double mastectomy after testing positive for the BRCA-1 cancer gene.  Brad said things with Angie are “business as usual,” adding that she’s “doing great.” “When she wrote that piece, we had already come out the other end,” he said. But now Angie wants everyone to have the same ability to get tested as she did.   “Her focus now is that all people have access to the testing,” he said. “If you do your research, it doesn't have to be a scary thing... I've been moved by every stage of this.”

Paris' Mom Does Not Want Guardianship

Paris Jackson’s biological mother, Debbie Rowe, has become a presence in her life, but TMZ insists she doesn’t want to get Katherine and TJ Jackson removed as her daughter’s guardian. According to sources, Debbie has spent time at Katherine’s house and “likes and respects” the Jackson matriarch.  Sources say that as much as Debbie loves Paris, she doesn’t want to take her away from her brothers, Prince and Blanket.

Mix Up At Daytime Emmy Awards

The Daytime Emmy Awards were handed out Sunday, and things didn’t go smoothly during the telecast. At one point, comedian Aisha Tyler was about to announce the winner for Best Talk Show, Informative, when she opened the envelope to realize she’d been given the wrong one.  “Oh, interestingly enough this winner is not in this category," she said. "If I read it out I'm going to give another category away." After making a few jokes to kill time, Tyler was eventually given the correct envelope, and announced The Dr. Oz Show as the winner. Among the other winners: Days of Our Lives, Best Daytime Drama; The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Best Talk Show, Entertainment; The Price is Right, Best Game Show and CBS Sunday Morning, Best Morning Show.

Paris Jackson Bullied

TMZ reports that Paris Jackson felt bullied in the days leading up to her suicide attempt, but not by people at her school. According to the site, Paris is obsessed with negative comments people leave on social media and websites, and they “really get to her.” For now, those problems seem to have subsided, because at UCLA Medical Center she doesn’t have access to her phone or internet. In addition, sources tell TMZ Paris almost got expelled from school because she punched a student who “talked smack” about her dad.  The site adds that doctors who are helping Paris believe she has not adequately grieved her father’s death.  Once Paris is released from the hospital, she’s expected to get out of L.A. and spend six to eight weeks with her biological mother, Debbie Rowe. When she’ll be released is not  yet known.

Has Bruce Had Enough?

In Touch Weekly won’t stop reporting that Kris Jenner  and hubby Bruce Jenner are headed for divorce.  During the season eight premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Bruce bought a Malibu beach home so he could have some alone time and the magazine insists he has moved into the place permanently.  “It’s gotten to a point where he’s accepted this marriage is not working for him,” a source claims. “He says she’s nasty to him — and he’s had enough.”  Apparently, Kris is so preoccupied with her talk show that she doesn’t have time for her husband. “She’s obsessed with making it the biggest thing since Oprah,” an insider says. The mag even claims Kris may pull the plug on the marriage first, to help gain publicity for the program.  “I wouldn’t put it past her to beat Bruce to the punch and separate from him before the show and try to play up her personal drama on-air just to get viewers,” says the insider.

Jennifer Lopez To Receive Star

Singer/actress and former American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has scored the 2,500th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The multitalented superstar will receive her coveted star at a ceremony scheduled for this Thursday, June 20. A spokesperson for the Walk of Fame said, “In 1994, [actress] Sophia Loren became the recipient of the 2,000th star on the Walk of Fame. This ceremony marks the 2,500th star…and Jennifer Lopez was the obvious choice!”

Lindsay Moves To New Rehab Facility

Lindsay Lohan got her wish and has transferred rehab facilities. According to TMZ, L.A. prosecutors approved Lindsay’s move from Betty Ford to Cliffside rehab in Malibu  because they agreed Betty Ford was designed for a 30-day program, and she’d be better off finishing her 90-day stint somewhere else. Word is, she checked out of Betty Ford Wednesday and is already at Cliffside. But Radaronline claims Lindsay’s transfer wasn’t as simple as it’s being made out to be. The site claims Lindsay was so disruptive at Betty Ford that it led to her eventual departure. She reportedly skipped group therapy for several days, and “was making life hell for those around her every day.” Claims a source, “Betty Ford is thrilled to see her go.” In fact, Radar reports that before a deal was made to transfer Lindsay to Malibu, Betty Ford was getting ready to kick her out.

How Long Will Katie's Talk Show Last?

Katie Couric’s syndicated talk show may not last much longer. Sources tell the New York Post the program may not be renewed for a third season.  Behind the scenes, things  have reportedly been “very stressful” since the departure of executive producer Jeff Zucker. The insiders say that since Zucker left to head CNN, Katie has become “bad show.” “Jeff’s departure left a void,” said a source. “Katie was left vulnerable. There wasn’t a figure who could keep control. It became challenging because of the way that Jeff left. There’s been creative tension.”  But it doesn’t sound like Couric will be out of a job for long. Said the insider, “Now everyone at ABC is gossiping that Katie will end up at CNN with Jeff.”

Was Steven Too Nice To Contestants?

For two seasons as judge on American Idol, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler’s favorite phrase to too many mediocre singers was “that was beautiful.” Now, Tyler has revealed the ugly truth – he lied to a lot of contestants not worthy of the praise. In a recent radio interview, Tyler said, “The format was supposed to mock and/or make fun of people, so it’s good TV, and I was gentle because I couldn’t imagine telling some girl…she stinks and she can’t sing, so then for the rest of her life she’s not singing.”

"The Heat" Getting Heat

The new Melissa McCarthy/Sandra Bullock film The Heat is getting some flak for its recently-released UK poster, which seem to have digitally altered McCarthy’s face and neck to make them thinner.  “Nobody is unclear [about] what Melissa McCarthy's body size is -- she's plus-sized and proud,” wrote the British entertainment blog The Shiznit. “So why have the designers of this poster done their utmost to Photoshop a good 30 lbs off of McCarthy's face?” The site added, “this is one of the worst Photoshop jobs I’ve ever seen, but it’s not just offensively bad craftsmanship – the intention behind it is downright nasty.”  The Heat opens in theaters June 28th.
