Lincoln City Crews Will Be Treating Streets Overnight Sunday into Monday

With snow forecast for tonight, 20 Lincoln City crews will begin patrolling arterial, bus and school routes at midnight. They will apply granular salt pre-wet with brine.  Additional resources will be deployed as necessary.

Monday is a Federal Holiday (Veteran’s Day) which should reduce the amount of commuter traffic early Monday as all Federal, State and local offices will be closed as well as most banks and the US Postal Service will not be operating regular service.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 9 p.m. Sunday to 9 a.m. Monday. Slick roads are possible Monday morning.
