A new study says that falling asleep in front of the TV can cause you to gain weight. While the study isn’t 100 percent concrete, it states that artificial light messes with our metabolism. They looked at health and lifestyle data of 44,000 U.S. women. Researchers found that those who slept with the TV or lights on gained at least 11 pounds over five years and were 30 percent more likely to become obese. I am so guilty of this.
